SHIPPING
LocationsAt this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Cost
At this time, we offer free shipping on all products on our site and only use ePacket to ship orders to you.
Because some of our items are shipped directly from outside the United States, and/or because of high demand leading to longer processing times, shipping times can be longer than usual.
To keep product and shipping costs as low as possible for imported products, some shipping times will be over 14 days. We thank you for your patience.
Shipments and TrackingAs we have sourced our products from a variety of suppliers with the best prices, your order may be split into different shipments. Each individual shipment will have its own tracking number so you can check on its status. If you have any difficulty doing that, please don't hesitate to contact us at obsessedlittles@gmail.com.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND STORE CREDIT
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, so if you have a case of buyer's remorse or if your child isn't as thrilled with a toy as you thought he or she would be, it's not a problem.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The cost of shipping is at your expense.
Please note:
- Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
At this time, any item can be returned or exchanged - no exceptions for items that are on sale.
There are also no restocking fees.
Requesting a Return
Email us at obsessedlittles@gmail.com and we will set you up with how to send the item back to us. Please do not send the item to the manufacturer.
Damaged/defective and Misrepresented Items
Please get in contact with us at obsessedlittes@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order if you have received items that are damaged or defective or which do not match the description on our website.
We ask that you include a photo of the product that is damaged or defective or which does not match the description on our website and briefly describe the problem.
We will work with you to find a resolution, whether that means replacing your order at no extra charge, store credit, a refund, or a combination of these things. We value our customers!
Please note that due to lighting effects and your monitor's brightness/contract settings, etc., the color tone of the website's photo and the actual item could be slightly different. This means that if you peruse our site while you are using a blue light filter or "night shift" setting on your computer or device, you may be misled about the color tone of the products you see.
Follow-up
We strive to get back to your emails within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be initiated to your credit card or other original method of payment and you'll receive the credit at a time that depends on your card issuer's policies.
